Cryptocurrency really hasn’t done much for me but one very big benefit from a financial hygeine standepoint is that I’m essentially immune to immediate down turns in the financial markets

Having held for years and years all sorts of volatile cryptocurrencys, some like btc that tend to keep going up, and many others like snx, atom, dot, tezos, etc with worse trajectories, my actual retirement savings going down like 25% or whatever doesn’t phase me at all. Meaning I have no intention to sell while things are lower and am still trying to safeguard what i have. Holding crypto builds financial resilience lol.
